I can not tell you how excited I am for our first Musket Ball! I just got off the phone with Linda Petry Maus who is the contact person for the Cuckoo Assembly Dance group that will be at our Ball. It sounds like so much fun!
There will be live music and a caller for our dance along with the several families of dancers who will be helping to lead the newcomers (like me!) thru the dance steps. I have heard that many of them really get decked out in their costumes from the times! Hmmm.....don't think I have anything that old in my closet ........but I'll have to check!
